Online Quran Academy offers a free trial session for new users. The free trial is for one session only and is subject to availability. After the free trial, you will be required to pay for further classes based on the pricing plan selected.
The free trial is limited to one per user and is provided to give you a preview of our services. If you choose not to continue after the free trial, you will not incur any charges.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Course Fees: Our pricing for courses is detailed on the website. Fees are subject to change, but existing students will be notified of any changes prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
- Payment Method: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we accept various methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment systems.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds after the payment for a course has been processed unless the service was not delivered as promised. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Any payments made are non-refundable after a session has been completed.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lessons based on availability. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a class. Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in the loss of the session.
